♥ SIGNIFICANT
- a reachable goal is something you are really, really, really want it! It's a something that will change your life, enhance your health or wealth and make you proud of it.  Set a goal that are worth to achieve it.

  MEASURABLE

- your goals must be make sense! Reach your goal with a plan to achieve it.  Set your goals you can and will achieve it, so when you explain your goals to your friends or family members, your goals will create the excitement, draw support and encouragement.
